Material：Made of 6061 - T6 aerospace - grade aluminium alloy. Lightweight at 4.2kg yet can bear 200kg (2 - 3 adults). Resistant to salt spray and corrosion, suitable for seaside/mountain use. Hinge parts are 3mm thick with built - in stainless - steel bearings, lasting over 5000 open - close cycles without loosening.

Mechanism：Has a patented ‘one - touch pull - out’ (spring - assisted) design for 3 - second deployment. Folds to 8cm thickness, saving door - side space. Automatically adjusts pedal tilt according to vehicle - ground height (40 - 60cm) to prevent ground - cutting.
